◽Independent Residents: To ensure the safety of everyone in our community, we serve individuals who are fully capable of independent exit (ambulatory) and can safely vacate the home on their own in the event of an emergency.
◽Wheelchair Users: We welcome residents who use mobility aids (like wheelchairs or walkers), provided they can independently transfer and navigate their way out of the home without the physical assistance of another person.
◽Mental health (level 1&2) Must me compliant with their medications, able to live independently, independently takes medications with no arrests within the past year.

Grace Hands was created out of a simple, deeply personal belief: every individual deserves to live with dignity, comfort, and genuine human connection.
Behind Grace Hands is founder Xolisa "Lisa" Nikani, whose journey in caregiving spans over two decades. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in elderly care and 6+ specialized years in hospice care, Lisa has spent her life walking alongside individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Through those years on the frontlines, Lisa learned that true support goes far beyond basic daily routines. It requires listening, building real relationships, and creating a space where people feel truly seen, valued, and safe.

That lifelong commitment led to the creation of both Grace Hands Homes and Grace Hands Home Care Services.
Whether welcoming a resident into one of our shared homes or assisting a family through in-home care, Lisa leads Grace Hands with heartfelt empathy, deep clinical understanding, and a commitment to treating every client like family.
