Grace Hands Homes was created with the goal of providing Residential Independent Shared Living to Veterans and Older adults. We provide a stable, family-style environment that honors independence while ensuring no one has to navigate life alone. Grace Hands Homes was created with the goal of providing Residential Independent Shared Living to Veterans and Older adults. We provide a stable, family-style environment that honors independence while ensuring no one has to navigate life alone. To fully support our residents, we actively collaborate with outsourced home health care providers and other essential community services, ensuring that those who need extra medical or personal assistance have seamless access to the care they deserve right from the comfort of their home.
Community & Care Partnerships
We believe in a holistic approach to housing. While we provide the home, we facilitate connections to:
- Home Health Agencies: For residents requiring nursing, physical therapy, or personal care.
- Veteran & Older Adults Support Services: Helping residents navigate the benefits and resources available to them.
- Local Community Resources: Connecting residents to food assistance, transportation, and social engagements.

Grace Hands Homes. For Us It's Purpose
Who we serve:
◽Veterans: Those seeking a stable, drug-free environment among peers.
◽Older Adults: Who want the benefits of a shared home while maintaining their private lifestyle.
◽Independent Residents: To ensure the safety of everyone in our community, we serve individuals who are fully capable of independent exit (ambulatory) and can safely vacate the home on their own in the event of an emergency.
◽Wheelchair Users: We welcome residents who use mobility aids (like wheelchairs or walkers), provided they can independently transfer and navigate their way out of the home without the physical assistance of another person.
◽Mental health (level 1&2) Must me compliant with their medications, able to live independently, independently takes medications with no arrests within the past year.
