Our Story
Grace Hands Homes was created with the goal of providing independent shared living housing and services that cater to veterans, older adults and their unique requirements. Supportive, safe, and comfortable independent shared living housing for veterans and older adults who can live independently, with coordination of supportive service
Grace Hands Homes was created with the goal of providing independent shared living housing and services that cater to veterans, older adults and their unique requirements. Supportive, safe, and comfortable independent shared living housing for veterans and older adults who can live independently, with coordination of supportive services when needed. We strive to make a positive impact in their lives, to enhance their quality of life, dignity, security and well-being while fighting to end homelessness in our community. We continue to uphold that mission and are proud to serve our veterans and older adults at risk of homelessness.

Seniors / Older adults
Mental health clients (level 1&2) Must me compliant with their medications, able to live independently, independently takes medications with no arrests within the past year.
Our Accommodations
Our accommodations are designed to promote comfort, safety and independency with features such as wheelchair accessibilities.
